CPD Credit and Recording

All IIESMS webinars are CPD-accredited and count towards your annual continuing professional development requirements. Attendance is recorded automatically through the webinar platform, and CPD certificates are issued to all registered participants after the session.

Members should log webinar attendance in their CPD records as part of their ongoing professional development. Each webinar counts as formal CPD for the duration of the session. If you attend a 90-minute webinar, record 1.5 hours of formal CPD. The CPD certificate issued after the event provides documentation for your audit records.

Accessing Recordings

Most IIESMS webinars are recorded and made available to registered attendees after the event. If you registered but were unable to attend live, you can still access the recording and claim CPD credit for viewing it. Contact the Institute for access to past webinar recordings.

Presenting at IIESMS Webinars

IIESMS welcomes proposals from members and external experts who wish to present at webinars. If you have expertise in a topic relevant to one of the five sector groups, presenting a webinar is a valuable way to share your knowledge, raise your professional profile, and contribute to the development of your peers. Presenting at a webinar is also recognised as CPD for the presenter.

To propose a webinar topic, contact your sector group committee or the Institute at [email protected]. Provide a brief outline of the proposed topic, its relevance to IIESMS members, and your qualifications and experience in the subject area. The relevant sector committee will review proposals and coordinate scheduling.
