Preferred Position within the Committee(Required)
Please select the position you agreed with your committee members, or if all positions have not been filled, please select the one you wish to fill. If more than one person wishes to fill the same position, the following process will be implemented to ensure a fair resolution: 1. Discussion and Agreement: Committee members will first discuss among themselves to see if a mutual agreement can be reached. 2. Nomination and Voting: If no agreement is reached, each interested candidate will be asked to provide a brief statement outlining their qualifications and vision for the role. A confidential vote, reflecting the democratic nature of IIESMS, will then be conducted among all committee members. 3. Rotation and Sharing: In cases where a vote results in a tie, the candidates may consider sharing the role or rotating responsibilities periodically to ensure fair participation and distribution of duties. This approach ensures transparency and fairness, allowing the best-qualified individual to be selected while maintaining harmony within the committee. The IIESMS is committed to a process that is fair and just for all.
