For degree-qualified professionals with NFQ Level 7 and 2 years of experience. EUR 220 per year.

About the Graduate Grade
The Graduate Member grade is for degree-qualified professionals with at least two years of relevant experience. You need an NFQ Level 7 qualification (ordinary degree or equivalent). CPD is 25 hours per year. The fee is EUR 220.
Holding the G.IIESMS designation signals to employers, clients, and professional peers that you have met defined standards of qualification and experience, and that you are subject to the Institute's ongoing CPD requirements. The designation can be used after your name in professional correspondence, reports, and documentation.
The Graduate Member grade requires a minimum qualification at NFQ Level 7, with 2 years relevant professional experience. The Lean Six Sigma equivalence for this grade is Black Belt + 2 years. Annual membership is EUR 220, with 25 hours of CPD required annually and records audited every 3 years.
Members at this grade can participate fully in their chosen sector group, attend CPD events, contribute to committee activities, and work towards higher grades as their qualifications and experience develop. The Graduate Member grade sits within the IIESMS progression pathway and serves as a platform for continued professional growth.
